Payments
Do you have a minimum charge?
Yes, there is a minimum charge of 4 hours per job. Travel is charged additionally, per kilometre.
Do you have cancellation fees?
The minimum charge of 4 hours is non-refundable if you cancel within 24 hours of scheduled job commencement.
What are your payment terms?
All jobs require a retainer paid upfront before any work is carried out. The amount for the retainer will depend on the size of the job. Refunds are available for any unused amounts.
What payment types do you accept?
We take payments in cash, via bank deposit, or we can take credit card payments through Paypal.

What do you need me to provide in order to carry out an investigation?
Once we’ve discussed your requirements and worked out a plan, you’ll need to provide us with any information that will assist us in your investigation. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Photos
- Licenses
- Addresses of frequented places
- Names of people they’re associated with
- For insurance investigations, the claimed physical restrictions of the claimant
- For corporate investigations, the people/companies the person may be meeting with
The more information you provide, the greater the chance of a successful investigation.
Do you guarantee results from your investigations?
We cannot guarantee that our investigations will find the answers you’re seeking, or that we’ll find anything at all. Circumstances can change at any moment—you may have expected someone to be somewhere at a certain time, but they got delayed or side-tracked for some reason.
